I started therapy here around the end of august. my therapist was great, the scheduling team was great, all until the end of october when i had to cancel an appointment. my therapist called me that day and said she wanted to check in, BECAUSE IT WAS HER LAST DAY!?? i had no warning or notification she was leaving the practice till this point. in her message she said she could refer me to someone. the next day i called back and left a message asking about the referral. it took them a week to get back to me, and they tried tel... read more
I've enjoyed my Therapist and my daughter's Therapist. I highly recommend this place.
Some of professionals at this establishment are unprofessional and do not follow state and local guidelines. Gives an attitude and is extremely rude. Peoples licenses should be ripped away based on the 2 nonpatient experiences I had.
