FSA is such a fun and loving environment. The staff are very enthusiastic and caring. I have played my children’s music for the kids over five times at FSA and every time I play, they are so excited to hear my songs. Staff included! Ms Sarai, Ms Shelley, Charm, and Ms Araceli are such amazing educators! I love them all. Thank you for your kindness and business!!
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Family Service Association, particularly with Jennifer, the receptionist. Her behavior was degrading, and condescending. Despite my willingness to volunteer my time to fix their outdated phone system—a task their IT contractor has failed to resolve after several tickets and three months—Jennifer treated me with utter disrespect.
