They sold me a suv claimed it was a great running SUV then soon after find out it needs over 3 thousand dollars in repairs asap and i know they knew because the shop i took it too told me they cleared the codes and they can tell where he tried to temporarily rig the crack in the motor. i get i bought it as is but the fact of the matter is he stood strong on selling it to me at the highest kelley blue book price because it was worth it with no major issues wouldnt even budge 100 dollar difference when in reality should of pai... read more
they go above to make it right. reasonable on the pocketbook. would definitely use again for service and or repair.
Family RV is a great place to purchase a RV. They are couple who care. They cared that the RV they sold us was in top condition. They cared and understood our circumstances that did not permit us to pick up the RV right away and provided a secure location for it. Customer service is top notch. They are fair and honest. If i ever purchase another RV it will be from them.
I know this review is super late, but hopefully better late than never. I cannot be more happy with my 37' RV. They were and are concerned with my comfort and satisfaction to this very day. If I am ever the market for another RV, I will definitely go here first. Thank you for everything!
This duo is professional, kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy! I bought an RV on consignment (the beautiful photos of the Spirit you see on their page) and was shown every aspect of my new home, inside and out! They even let me stay on their lot when a snafu happened with the transport back to Alaska and Kim took the time to help me clear it up! Above and beyond customer service! If you need an RV, you better see Family RV first!!!!
They are the only place I know where they are more concerned with the customers satisfaction the just some sale. I wouldn't take my RV to any other shop. They are the best.
