Thank you for your quick service. This was an emergency fix and Family Rooter guys made this easy. They did all the work getting the permits and moved the process along quickly. They recorded their work and shared the video with me. I was able to see the damaged sewer pipe clearly and how the flow was restored once cleared.

We recently had new construction completed and in less than a year, we were having draining issues in the new bathroom. We called Family Rooter and Tim and Matt came out as soon as they were available. They were clean, professional, respectful and courteous. They were clear on pricing and saved me some money by letting me remove and reinstall my toilet myself. Contacted them Sunday evening and they arranged to have someone here for right away on Monday btwn 10-11. James showed up with a girl he was training at around 10am. We went through the whole story with him of everything we have done in the past 3 years with our master bathroom toilet. Other companies always just came in and said they have to Auger the toilet and the problem would clear.
