Contacted them Sunday evening and they arranged to have someone here for right away on Monday btwn 10-11. James showed up with a girl he was training at around 10am. We went through the whole story with him of everything we have done in the past 3 years with our master bathroom toilet. Other companies always just came in and said they have to Auger the toilet and the problem would clear.
