Fourth of July weekend we woke up with no water at our house. We reached out to Family Rooter, who tried to troubleshoot with us a few simple things that could be happening. When none of those were the issue, they scheduled to come out the next morning to diagnose. They explained everything in a way we understood and had the problem fixed very quickly! The best customer service we’ve experienced in quite awhile!

family rooter is the best! they did work at my parent’s house in Lindenhurst when they had an issue with water in the basement due to a crack in the wall. they came out and repaired it so quickly and effortlessly! they could not be more happy to finally have this issue fixed (and for a decent price too!). family rooter replaced their sewer line a few years back and were equally as reasonable. they are customers for life!

I called Family Rooter Plumbing and Sewer IL . We bought a home & th water heater went out. Tried to fix our self. Was not good . So I googled local business to help. I liked they where a family business & they responded & quoted us. Made a day to fix but due to rain we moved it to next day. Him & his son was here unfortunately it was hot.
