One of the best customer services that I had to deal with. They were very knowledgeable and fluent in the medical field and VA insurances. They helped me with all the questions I had and are willing to work with all my medical needs and requirements.
They have gone out of their way to make sure all my needs have been met. Every caregiver they have sent to my home have been personable, professional and extremely caring. They are 10/10 in my book and I would recommend them above any other home care agency in the area. Update: started out great but honestly it's gone downhill. From the lack of reliable caregivers to the lack of knowledge some of the caregivers have on basic things has been frustrating beyond belief. I'm not sure I would still recommend them.
I started off as a caregiver here, and enjoy my experience getting to know and improve client's lives! I have since stepped into a client care supervisor role, and enjoy meeting clients, and ensuring their care plans and schedules are up to date and meeting their needs and continuing to improve their lives while fostering respect and dignity for those we serve.
