Ashley and Sydney are always on it if I need something and I love my clients. The AI system can either make your life easy at times or well that would be the biggest complaint is the AI system doesn't listen sometimes but other than that amazing company to work for!!!

I find it laughable that they claim commitment to care, whilst putting off a severely disabled veteran. My friend has been coping with loss of mobility, and use of an arm, along with the repeated failure of these people to show up; let alone address her specific issues. In 9 months, she's had a caregiver show up...to give her false hope of help....about half a dozen times. I would like to thank Family Resource Homecare for the wonderful service I have received from them. My two caregivers, Evonne and Olivia are both phenomenal workers and very helpful to my circumstances and the office staff is wonderful also.
Kayla and Sydney are always so compassionate when ever I have any concern and really listen to me . Kas and Douglas are my rock star caregivers and make me feel more like a human being after they leave my home . Thank you Silverdale branch team !
