My loved one needed assistance within 24 hours and their staff was able to get someone in our home within 8 hours. They truly care about the families and the clients. I wouldn’t go any other place.
The cna,s will watch TV, text , yell at widows or accuse of abusing adult autistic children , report to caseworkers but won't do butt wiping duty or wear gloves. And about financial stuff on the clock. I wouldn't recommend them to a former hr professional.
