I am absolutely appalled at the way these Therapists have behaved with me. My 15 year old daughter who struggles terribly hasn't seen her Therapist Kaitlyn in months. Why? Kaitlyn calls off constantly. What happens when we don't show up? We are removed from the facility. I was treated poorly because I was trying to juggle my Employment (1parent household) and their therapy. I had to have certain times in order to keep my job. If I call off, there are repercussions. Family Resource Center has been so helpful in providing services to my brother. The services they provide have really had a positive impact on his condition.
I wish it would register no stars. The fact that the 1st thing to come up when you look this place up is how rude the front staff is. Not to mention they take as many ppl as they can meaning there is no limit on case loads. This means appts are impossible to get but your only allowed to have 2 scheduled. This place is basically turning into a drug addiction facility like the 3 or 4 we already have in town.
