The owner Israel is amazing as well as his staff. He goes out of his way to make sure you are happy.
My experience at Family Rentals was excellent. I had a minor problem with a bed that I had purchased at Family Rentals. I was put in touch with the Owner, Israel. Israel was very professional and sent out two workers to correct the minor issue. The workers did a great job fixing the bed. I was more than happy with the outcome. It was a real pleasure to work with Family Rentals, a customer service oriented company, so rare these days! Israel was business like, but warm and friendly, responsive, generous and accommodating. He followed up and followed through dependably. We rented a recliner for my elderly mother when she moved to assisted living. FR delivered it as scheduled, even offered a credit toward purchase which they didn't have to do, called to confirm the monthly charge, and picked it up when requested. An awesome company! Delivered my bed very fast and the employees went out of their way to make sure I was happy and kept me updated. The prices are very reasonable as well! I will definitely be recommending to all of my friends and family in the future!
I highly recommend Family Rentals Furniture and Moves. Our family has used them 3 times within the last year and we couldn't be happier with their professionalism, attention to detail, pricing, and most important, the care they took with each and every piece of furniture and artwork that was moved. We will definitely be using them again when the time comes for the next move for us or our adult children. 10/10 starts, if that was offered as an option!
