This place is supposed to be impartial and help what is best for kids. What a joke when only a few of the staff are there for the kids but others there aren't. No wonder kids going through this give up believing that what they want is going to be heard. I know a couple kids that now have given up talking when they already didn't feel safe because of this place. If you can't be impartial or really want to help the kids that told you what was going on, then get out of this line of work. You'll do more damage than good.
