Clayton and Sarah were amazing through this whole process. Being a relocation, it can be challenging to make sure that we (the buyers) felt informed and kept up to date. Especially in the hot market around Louisville. Clayton did that and more. We always felt like his #1 priority and he took the time to explain neighborhoods, write detailed texts about each home, and talk us through the process. Could not ask for a better realtor!
Lee Jolly is a professional, honest and knowledgeable realtor and just a great person to be around! As a mother of three, I felt Lee was very knowledgeable about Louisville schools and neighborhoods that were more family friendly, which was important and helpful to me since we had just moved to the Louisville area. Lee Jolly was an amazing realtor from beginning to end of the entire process. She has a team of experts who staged our house, photographed it inside and with a drone overhead, helped us with the planning, the contracting, all the way to the close. Lee was able to anticipate in advance any obstacles we would potentially encounter. The house sold for full asking price within four days of listing (including a snowstorm day in the middle). Chris, Rachel, and Scott were beyond helpful. It was an extra stressful time in our lives and they were able to take so much stress out of the home sale and moving processes.
