I have been waiting since 10AM THIS MORNING TO GET SOME bloodwork, which I was told by Clarisse Robert it could be done at the office location. I had a telemedicine appointment with her yesterday and she was great, very caring and knowledgeable. I have been fasting since last night. I saw Dr Zeller for the first time today and I was immediately impressed by how caring he was. He listened very attentively to everything I had to say and you can tell that he's not in it for the money and that hecares about improving people's lives he's very personable and I definitely think he's extremely knowledgeable. I am particularly impressed that he is an osteopathic doctor which requires the same schooling as most medical doctors however they learn a lot more about nerves and muscular systems of the body than a regu... read more
5 stars for Dr. Zeller and his nurse practitioner Karen - absolutely the best but the staff since Maria and Maricella have left are absolutely horrible and rude! After hanging on for 30 minutes today just to hear them overrule what I was told by Karen I fear I may have to leave.....really sad that his wonderful staff has changed into this mess of a staff. I love Karen and will be sad to go but I won't be treated like dirt by his staff! :(
