VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! They scheduled our son’s first and second appointment 2 weeks ago! We were so looking forward to my son’s initial appointment which was today at 1pm. I had to take my son out of school early for that matter. We were denied service when we got to dr. Scott’s office because apparently according to the front desk lady someone called and canceled both appointments for my son. I knew my husband didn’t do it. They were super unclear about the costs and what services I was receiving so I ended up with a huge bill and very little explanation or breakdown of what I was actually paying for.
