***Update*** Christine Turcotte’s behavior is not only unprofessional, but unethical. The way she quickly got defensive, blocked me from asking questions and then canceled all future appointments is a red flag that she is neglecting my care to line her pockets. I have been seeing Lexi Dattilo at Family Psychiatric Care for about 3 years now, and I want to say how grateful I am for her genuine compassion, kindness, and understanding which seems rare in today's world of medicine. I would recommend her to anyone struggling to get their medication figured out. Lexi is always willing to put in the work with you to get you set on the right path, and avtually listens to your feedback.
Family Psychiatric Care has been nothing short of exceptional! I have never felt more listened to and heard. It’s very rare to find a facility where all the staff care about you and make you feel welcomed- they really put the “Family” in Family Psychiatric Care, because that’s what you’re treated as!! If that isn’t enough they even have the cutest office dog you could imagine. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
The provider that sees my son has been nothing shy of excellent. With the other parent I've worked with, there was some hesitation for his care. The provider was understanding and even convincing of the necessity after a much more intensive level of care. She has been thorough on follow-ups and reached into some deeper issues that others have missed.
