Family Psychiatric Care has been nothing short of exceptional! I have never felt more listened to and heard. It’s very rare to find a facility where all the staff care about you and make you feel welcomed- they really put the “Family” in Family Psychiatric Care, because that’s what you’re treated as!! If that isn’t enough they even have the cutest office dog you could imagine. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
The provider that sees my son has been nothing shy of excellent. With the other parent I've worked with, there was some hesitation for his care. The provider was understanding and even convincing of the necessity after a much more intensive level of care. She has been thorough on follow-ups and reached into some deeper issues that others have missed. I arrived at 9:30 am mistakenly when the appointment was apparently 9:20 am. I was turned away and was charged $100.00!!?! Absolutely outrageous, especially from a mental health care facility. People are hanging on by a thread financially as well as with their mental health now more than ever and I think it’s disgusting to take advantage of people in this way.
