Went to go look at property and a waste of time! Area sketchy and very discriminatory!
I rented from Family Properties of North Carolina for nearly 2 years. It was easily the worst renting experience I've ever had. Lynn Anderson, an owner and manager of the company, made this entire time absolutely terrible. She is one of the most outright unprofessional and rude humans I have ever dealt with. She also tried to make us pay for water in the house we lived in, where 2 other tennants were living as well and not paying water.
