Edit to add main issues: -pests, both roaches and bedbugs -rising rent -having to follow up repeatedly on issues such as repairs (a large hole in the floor) and credit for turning in lease survey -overbearing office (accused of damage I did not do, they send out lease surveys very early and will repeatedly follow up on them) The space was beautiful, and Jemka was very responsive and helpful. Super helpful Team. the people at family properties really do try their best. The on-site manager is fantastic. They are attentive and try to handle maintenance requests as quickly as possible. By far the best management company I've rented from.
They are all lies from top to bottom!
