Dr. Wagner and his staff are so warm, welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this practice to anyone searching for a new dentist.
Very clean office and fair, friendly staff. I have been a patient at this office for almost 3 years and have been pleased with every visit.
Hands down the best dental practice I have ever experienced. The minute you enter the facility you are greeted by the front desk and made to feel at home. My normally nervous self was instantly calmed. From the intake process to X-rays to meeting the dental staff, everything was efficient and I felt I was truly informed. I love that they text confirmation to appointments as well as give out a card, as I believe it helps keeping on my phone in this digital age. Horrible bed side manner especially the people answering the phones!
Horrible office support/customer service. Failed to call me to cancel appointment, then made excuses how they couldn’t reach me in order to do so. I have been going here for years and this is the first time that I’ve heard that they had the “wrong phone number.” I also get their “conformation texts” which they need my number on file to do so. The business’s staff apparently likes to lie when confronted. Would highly recommend you go to somewhere else then here.
