Front desk staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. They said I I have to make an appointment to when it’s literally a walk-in clinic. And they don’t like to answer the phone you have to call 3 or 4 times and when they do answer it’s usually one of them and you get their attitude. AVOID this place 2/10.
While the doctors are excellent, the front desk staff can be quite unfriendly. It's hard to understand how someone working in healthcare can show so little compassion. On top of that, their hours are inconsistent and unclear. They say appointments aren't allowed, yet some people seem to come in at specific times — which feels confusing and a bit dishonest. I come here only out of necessity.
I appreciate dr msika for taking care of me whenever I needed it, the clinic is always busy but still worth the visit. The girls at the front desk always make me laugh when I go there.
First visit,not a long wait. Front desk staff very kind. Doctor was not in but assistant was wonderful and extremely helpful
