The issue with this practice is not the Doctors. Dr. Seal was pretty approachable. They have recently changed Drs/ownership group but not sure who does the hiring. Dr Seal's receptionist was terrible. Rude and just an unpleasant person. The large unwashed, (wearing sweats unkept hair and 100 percent unprofessional looking) male receptionist was rude, argumentative and actually threw paperwork at me from behind the counter. Awful service. The doctors here are great, but the front desk staff are just plain terrible. No positive things to say, they are rude. Get some new front end staff and this would go to 5 stars.
Some of the most incoherent administrative work I’ve ever seen at any medical practice. Feel like I have to make follow up appointments just to make sure they didn’t lose a form sent to them. And in turn that they actually do what’s supposed to be done with said paperwork, they should start paying me at this point.
