I recently fired Family Practice Specialists. I suggest each person researching Providers & Practices start with Top Doctors in Phoenix. I have two, now. I was able to make the switch, if you will, through my insurance company rather easily. I did file a formal complaint with them, too. If you do research Providers and do explore Top Doctors.
