Writing a review because it looks like there are a lot of old reviews that are dragging down the rating. I've been going to Dr. Keller for several years now and he's been great. The office staff always seem to go out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. Maybe the place wasn't so great in the past, but as of now (2026) and for the last several years, I've had nothing but good experiences.
I called in last week for a prescription refill, was told everything was sent off. I followed up today and found out the DR has not signed off on it and that the request will be sent to the DR again. When i asked why the DR never signed off there was no answer. I then pressed on how do I know this will be handled correctly this time and I was hung up on. I will definitely be looking for a new practice! Since my original Dr left 3 months ago, this practice it has gone down hill fast! High recommend finding a new DR!!!!
I genuinely cannot believe how I convinced myself for the past 7 years that this practice was an acceptable option. I have been a patient at the Family Practice of Willow Grove for my entire life. Three years ago, I moved back to the area after leaving the military, and immediately made an appointment here. The nurse practitioner took time to address my concerns, and other office staff were courteous
I just want to first note that any good reviews for this office are from at least 3 years ago if not 7. This office is the worst doctor office I have ever been a patient. They do not return phone calls, they never send my prescriptions after appointments, the office staff is useless and all they do is “send a message to the dr” which the drs never respond to.
