I genuinely cannot believe how I convinced myself for the past 7 years that this practice was an acceptable option. I have been a patient at the Family Practice of Willow Grove for my entire life. Three years ago, I moved back to the area after leaving the military, and immediately made an appointment here. The nurse practitioner took time to address my concerns, and other office staff were courteous
I just want to first note that any good reviews for this office are from at least 3 years ago if not 7. This office is the worst doctor office I have ever been a patient. They do not return phone calls, they never send my prescriptions after appointments, the office staff is useless and all they do is “send a message to the dr” which the drs never respond to. The dr electronically sends scripts during apts but when they do not the office staff does almost nothing to make the dr aware of this issue. I had a popped ear drum wi... read more
Dr Tenthoff is the best of the best. Staff can be alittle short but I chalk it up to me always going at the end of the day.
Trying to make an appt, I've been on hold for 38 minutes and counting...it says I've been in the first position for 25 minutes now. Who has this much time to stay on hold for an appt. Update, I hung up after 47 minutes on hold.
