I have been going to this practice for 10 years. They only get a middle of the road review. Their in-office practice is pretty decent....HOWEVER, if you need them to call you back for whatever reason, why can't they ever call you back? I've left messages after hours...and nothing. I've called during business hours, physically asked the person on the other end of the line to PLEASE have someone call me back...and nothing. What the heck?? Really?
I see Stephanie Stovall, ARNP . I have seen her for years at Dr Stockhammers office. She is kind,caring and compassionate. She left the practice I followed her to Dr Rankins. At Dr Rankins office the wait time is ussually very minimalno more than 15 minutes after you arrive. Staff is efficient, timely and very respectable and trust them with my care. Dr. Rankin has always taken great care of my wife and I. I respect and trust the integrity he leads his office with !! Highly recommend !
For now a 3 I am so frustrated! I have on going kidney infections all I need to do is drop and sample have the confirm and prescribe antibiotics, but for now I have to wait 3 days to see them.....absolutely ridiculous!
I'm completely bummed that they will no longer be taking my insurance. I loved the practice and my PA that I was seeing. The place was very close by and very easy access to my PA. I'm bummed I have to start over with someone else!
I think its a pretty shitty practice they have going on there.. I am on disability and only have Medicare.. I got my bill down from over 300 dollars to under 150. I am very sick right now. They said I needed to pay on my account I said I can give 25 today an another payment in two weeks.. they said no I needed to pay 50 now..So this is what kinda place this is care more about money then people..an I have been going there 3 yes. Shit ass place
