My husband was a client of this family practice. First of all, they are so behind in their insurance requests that when the insurance receives the claim, they say that is the accepting period has passed and gets denied. We received some bills one year after. In addition, they missed critical health issues. I will not go over details online but the only they do is just typical blood work, ok bye. Like they can't put 1+1=2 so I assume not so critical thinking. They left him untreated for something specific.
Honestly, best doctor that I've been to. Very attentive and staff goes out of their way to help whenever I call. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
I wish I could recommend this place, but I can't even get in. I've tried 3 times to start as a new patient, giving my info over the phone each time. Each time I'm told they'll call back when they verify insurance. They never call back.
Just so yall know I've been a patient of Dr footes family all my life , now he's gone and you can't even talk to who you want, you new girls in the office are rude and( the older girls I appreciate yall) trying to takeover like they know nothing, well good luck w Antonio who's always and forever on the scanner
