They open at about 8 AM and do not answer until an hour and a half after they open I’m not sure what that’s about but as a mom whose child is sick and this is happening every single time I need to make an appointment for myself or my daughter it’s a little upsetting. The doctors are great. It’s the receptionist that don’t wanna answer the phone.

We are new to Grand Island. My daughter is ill…tried to make an appointment. They won’t see her because she’s sick. ???? She needs to be healthy and make an appointment to meet a Dr. this is a new patient fee. ??? They called it ‘establishing care’. So once she’s been treated then they will see her and continue to see her moving forward. I’ve never heard of not being seen Because you’re ill. And it did not need to be a ‘same day appointment’.
