I Would not use this practice ever again. This is not a recent feeling I once thought so highly of them but it was all a show.... lies....Physician act like they care about you. Money is the only thing they care about. Very sad how much Bon Secours physician offices and hospital has gone down since Mercy took over. There is nothing catholic about this establishment. They only care about the bottom line!!!! It's no use contacting them about anyone's concerns you just get a sorry you feel that way!

Took 4 months to get an appointment with nurse practitioner Hope Justice. Just got a phone call saying I need to reschedule because she is not going to be in that week. They now can’t get me in for another 3 months. This is not my fault but theirs. Asked if I could see someone else, but no, none of the doctors taking new patients. Time to find another practice.

Dr. Patidar is a godsend of a woman! She is the first doctor I’ve ever had that genuinely seems to love what she does! She’s kind, caring, compassionate, and funny. She prioritizes finding & fixing the problem and not just treating the symptoms! I love her and will never go to a different doctor as long as she’s around!
