Horrible experiences on multiple occasions. Staff is beyond rude! Called to ask where the building was and was met with a rude response and the woman talking to me as if I was stupid . Then after waiting an hour or more for the doctor to actually show up (which is very common) then I’m talked to for 5 minutes and she looks like she could honestly care less. while I was explaining what was going on she said these words to me “ quit it with the wise cracks”. Every single employee here is miserable and rude. Every front desk person I have spoken to has given me an ungodly amount of attitude for simple questions, and my care has been even worse. They didn’t offer me proper pain medication for a procedure, literally told me what I asked for “wasn’t a thing” but within a week I found someone an hour away who would do it, and has been for years. They also told me I could drive myself home (an hour away) after taking a xanax for the very first time! Not exactly sure what kind of jokes... read more

The providers at this facility are unethical bullies on a power trip. If you value your or your families health care, you'd be best served not coming to this facility. Patient beware!
