If I could leave zero I would. Appointment was for 12. Got there 10till. Receptionist was visibly frustrated because whoever set the appointment up didn’t put that I was a new patient coming in for a physical. After getting me setup. She got my insurance then told me I had a copay due. I said no my physicals are covered annually. She then reached back out and got that situated. In fact nothing due. I had an appointment. I was on time. A woman was helping another man at the window, while on the phone. I was directly behind him. She asked him to take a seat and left my view. Stayed on the phone. She didn’t acknowledge me. Didn’t put the person on hold to check me in. They weren’t busy, just me and the man waiting.
