Dr. Luea has been an immense blessing to me and my children. He has walked me through very burdensome and scary diagnosis of my children and referred us to excellent specialist. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we have had the care we've needed and personally called me when there was sensitive information. He has always taken the time to listen to our concerns, making any wait worthwhile, because when he is in the room with you he is entirely devoted to the patient in front of him. This place sucks, no communication from this office!!!
Taking my dad to his appointments and having to wait well past his appointment time is absolutely ridiculous. Apparently this is a common theme with Dr. Luea. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful to patients, their time and money. Someone should reign him in.
