I did NOT like this place. The front staff would be really kind but then really rude as well. Very loud, very sharp on phone calls. I heard her being very short to other patients on the phone and was turned off by the unprofessional behavior. There is a male medical assistant that is very nice and helpful. When someone left, they called me like no less than 6-8 times to let me know they were gone. I get it they were trying to reach me, but it seemed like wayyyy too much? I also got a letter. I have been a patient for about 6 years and have always been impressed by the friendly atmosphere in the office as well as the professional and knowledgeable staff. Today, I went for my annual checkup with Dr. Juricic and was once again. Impressed by her knowledge and willingness to take the time to listen to your questions and provide clear understandable answers. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone.
