I was a patient of dr.wallace for over 20 years. I recently started a new job and my days off are Friday,Saturday and Sunday. I missed a few appointments last year but I always rescheduled and went back because I like to keep up with my health. Without warning my health care was discontinued, ok I get it, Dr's hav a schedule to keep but c'mon, I'd been seeing this guy for decades. Where is the loyalty.? The doctors and nurses are great but their secretary staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.
Dr Wallace is awesome. He is very caring about his patients. I told him that he can’t retire until I’m dead! God blessed him with an enormous heart!
It’s refreshing to see someone taking their time and answering all your questions. Doctor Cooper really cares about her patients and I would recommend seeing her to any of my friends and family.
