This is my first time meeting him, and he was recommended by my last one, so we shall see. Yet first impressions l feel he's a real one; professional, courteous, able to handle opinions and criticism with a wry sense of humour wrapped within genuine care and concern. He's worked hard to be where he is and it shows. I look forward to getting to know him better and building a lasting rapport.
