As written by many others previously this clinic has a serious issue with staffing! Unfortunately for the doctors which are fantastic. We've had Dr makende as a family doctor for a few years now and have recently transferred our families file over to his new office in the Walmart. We've had absolutely nothing but poor experiences with the staff at this location. The most significant recent experience we'd like to share is involving our son who went in for a eye issue. Most of the time I'm in and out quickly. I find it better than most walk-in clinics. Yes, it's a walk-in, and family practice combined. And very good doctors and staff!
I went there today and I see the dr and they didn't not help me I have arthritis know i might have lungs infections thay treated me like shit I won't be going back no more anyone who is looking for a dr don't go there

Very disappointing experience at Family Practice at Walmart Brampton South (Jack Nathan Health). We called ahead and then went for a walk-in checkup. The doctor was inside the clinic, but we were told to wait because the doctor was busy with paperwork.The clinic was completely empty (as shown in the photo), while the reception staff and another lady were just talking and passing time.
