Office staff very rude. Refusing to refill scripts due to an old bill I never received and claim they are unable to send a statement to show why I owe money. Apparently they sent the bill to an address I hadn’t lived in for 17 years.
RecommendedVery efficient, caring compassionate doctors and staff. I have been with Dr Blumenthal for over 15 years. If it wasn’t for him I might not be here,finding a blood clot.. if at all possible they will fit you in at the last second, if a call back is needed it’s returned quickly. 😀
