truly cannot express how horrific Dr Grenoble is. went in for a new patient appt to get help managing 4 chronic illnesses. he gave me less than 10 minutes of an appointment. gained zero information about me. refused to finish recording my medication list because there “wasn’t enough time” — my pcp is now unaware of half the meds i take. he did not greet me, say hello, or introduce himself in any way, he walked in the door without knocking, and told me i was extraordinarily healthy because i am skinny. Dr Grenoble is fantastic. Been seeing him over 20 years now. Won't change that. Other doctors there come off as hasty and too fast. Dr. G takes his time and if you ask him to slow down he will. He has squeezed people in on his lunch break, when most refuse. I can call him anytime and email him if I have a serious emergency and I can't get through the main number. That area is what needs a revamping. Secretaries are great but the system is garbage. There is too much madness to the method. Each phone call should be sorted by d... read more
