RecommendedLove this place! If sick, I will be seen within 24 hours. Once signed in, the wait to be seen is never long. From sign in to screening to the exam room, everyone listens and takes what I have to say in to consideration. True story... I had an issue that presented with odd symptoms. When I told the APRN what my mother had to say about it, I was sent for testing. Mom was right and I received the treatment I needed. So, YES, they listen! Need medication? Not a problem. I do recommend the nurse practitioners in this office especially Becki. I do not care for the front office staff as there is one whom is very rude. I called in there yesterday. I was in there a little over two weeks ago for head congestion cough and so on. Well it’s back and worse than ever. I just asked to leave a message with the provider and Josilyn refused to let me leave a message and the first avaliable apt with my provider is on Thursday, after she told me I could get in tomorrow which would have been today. The employees there DO NOT LISTEN to the concerns of their patients. They over talk you, talk to you as you’re a child with no knowledge.
This practice is not only clean but has a great staff! they’re very friendly & have a great bed side manner!!
To be summed up a woman Jocelyn that is employed at Family Practice I'm assuming a secretary EXTREMELY RUDE, WAS HUNG UP ON when asking for her name, when I talk to the person who runs the building Jennifer I was told Jocelyn wasn't being rude she has a deep voice and "the phone systems hung up on me not her" I do NOT RECOMEND. Barbara Thompson is a great Dr but as far as the other staff I really hope they learn to treat their patients better and that something should be done because from looking at the reviews this office h... read more
