10/10 overall great experience from start to finish. Over all I felt very welcomed and cared about. Everyone i spoke with was super amazing and top notch service. As I walked in, Mark was there to welcome me in & gave me a tour of the showroom. Checked out a few bikes and Mark was extremely knowledgeable on each one, down to the bone. Best place to buy a bike. Everyone friendly and great with my kids. We will be coming back even just to visit. Now doing the paper work at the end with signing the final papers with Brianna Shouse was really fast and professional. Now finding the bike my husband wanted with Ana-Faith Caraballo wasn’t pushing but she very professional and loved my kids.
