LOW DOWN THIEVES! My boys 8 and 10 saved up painting, mowing etc, bought two motor bikes $1300 and have never showed up! These people STEAL FROM CHILDREN. Of course no answer from phone or email. Karl Kuoppala

I bought a go kart in December of 202, its now September. they have told me every lie they could for why I have not received my order. from delayed to held in customs, to on the way, to due to Corona. this was a birthday present for my child its been 9 months! they don't return emails, they don't answer their phones. Family Powers Sports are crooks.

I order dirt bike last April 30 till June 6. I called them phone to make sure when is gone be shiping. There no one answer my call. No emails . No response. If this shit is scammed I will go to there company. Stop playing with me I ain’t try to lose my money .

I'm not sure what to think yet. I ordered a 4 wheeler and they said it could take up to 90 days but they don't answer their phones or emails. I promised my grandson a 4 wheeler for his birthday and spent my entire SS check and I'm nervous that they don't respond.

Zero stars! My son saved his own money and trusted me to buy a bike from a reputable company. In August when I bought the bike they said it would be a long delay, kept making excuses. After 6 months I asked for a refund. They said 5-7 days. 4 weeks later still no refund. Of course you can't reach anyone. No response to my emails or phone calls. This company has stolen money from a child. I will reimburse my son but warn other families not to trust these people.

Would put no stars if I could. In November ordered grandsons birthday present, a go kart. Received one email that they had received order but not another word since. I called to check tracking and was told for the first time it would take 60-90 days before it was shipped. No emails nothing, though they claim an email was sent. Not in my spam, no where. Poor, poor business!

They offered a special price over Memorial Day, I ordered on the weekend, it's now Thursday and there's no word on when delivery will occur, the phone is constantly busy and you can't get through. I sent an email asking someone to send me an ETA or some further information and if I didn't hear back I would need to request a refund.
