Worst service they book you for an appointment then you w8 for 2-3 hours to get in clinic is always full (Favouritism)
I visited clinic after 5 days of major car accident for follow-up checkup. Dr. Ijaz one of the emotionless doctor. She said- I don't need a rest and can go to work with head injury(laceration) and shock impact on ribs, just take painkillers. I just asked for 5 days note (even with injuries). She said not a single day for healing or rest. Gave her hospital treatment docs, still refused.
If I could put 0 i would. Not only is there a language barrier with the staff, they mishandled my paperwork. I brought in some paperwork to use as an example for the doctor and told them I needed to have this paper work back, I went there today to get that said paper work and low and behold they dont have it. The receptionist specifically said if its been over a year they throw stuff out. Isn't it suppose to be up to 7 years they are to keep medical information. 0 stars. Would not recommend.
My name is Vinita, and I visited this clinic for the first time as a walk-in patient. The front desk staff were extremely helpful—both Ramsha and Nomana were very understanding and genuinely tried their best to assist me. The doctor was excellent, very professional, and provided great support throughout my visit. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this clinic.
