We’ve used Family plumbing several times. Our most recent George did a great job and went above and beyond.
Needs a nicer receptionist. Sabrina is rude when asked a question and does not clarify well. No need for sass.
From the workers who went out of their way to fix it correctly the first time, to working with the office, this company shows why family owned businesses are so important. The work truck was blocking the alley, so I asked the guys to park on the street, but instead of moving the truck one of them rudely says "Sorry but we're trying to get the water on as fast as possible" . I told him that's fine, but you can't block the alley, there's plenty of street parking. When I spoke to the person that answered the phone at the company instead of apologizing and calling the guy to move the truck she kept trying to explain that they're nice, sweet guys and kept making excuses as to why they would be bloc... read more
I highly recommend Family Plumbing. They are reasonable, trustworthy and honest. We’ve used their services twice, once for a leak in the bathroom and second time for water heater problem. They were diligent, and professional. We’re very happy with their plumbing services and will continue to use them in the future.
