The technician gave me feedback on what I could potentially do myself or what it would cost if I did not want to attempt it. Brenden was phenomenal to deal with. He was very friendly and very informative. I usually never get my furnace "maintained" like they always say you should but I am so glad that Brenden did mine because he even fixed a high pitched squealing noise that I didn't even realize was coming from my furnace all these years. He also performed maintenance on my water heater and did a top notch job.
