Tell me how a pharmacy stays open without coming scripts???
This pharmacy has always gone above and beyond for their patients. I called to get a script filled for my wife and we could not make it in to pick it up due to conflicting work hours and Koen was super kind and got it out on a delivery route for us that night! I have met the owner when picking up a script as well, I believe his name is Phil. He is always super friendly and does his best to make sure everyone in the pharmacy has a great experience.
They lied and told me meds were not due last weekend so I had to go without all weekend then when they were supposed to deliver them on Monday, I broke a tooth and had to leave for 1.5 hours of the delivery window. I called and asked if they could deliver before or leave it at the office. The man on the phone took my head off. I should pay over fifty dollars and go in a cab in a wheelchair even though I have never missed before then hung up on me. If you are on any RX medication, I always recommend Family Plaza. They have an amazing staff and are genuinely nice and happy to be there. I used to feel so judged by the big chain pharmacies. Very grateful for you guys and gals. T.P.
