Seriously I don't understand how a receptionist would never pick up the phone. I have been trying to call for few days and no one picks the phone. I called over 15, 16 times and no one would bother answering the phone. This outrageous
On hold for 20 minutes. This centre does NOT answer the phone. The Penrith Location answer the phone straight away.... Waste of time!
Omg, the lady in hotline is awfull and unbelievable rude ! Tried to book an appointment but I couldn't hear what she said. So I asked her to repeat. Guess what ? The staff asked me: do you speak English ? I told her: Sorry I don't get what is it. Could you please explained ? She repeated: do you speak English? After 2 times ask that none senses and rude question, she hung up the call just like I'm a scammer. Never able to imagine how a staff could be that rude. Spoiled my mood for the day. i would not recommend going to this family planning clinic, they had given me the wrong information as to how far along i would be in my pregnancy and not only has it caused problems for my relationship it has also given me less time to make a choice. i am not satisfied nor impressed by their results!
