Omg, the lady in hotline is awfulness and unbelievable rude ! I couldn't heard what said and asked her to repeat. Guess what ? The staff asked me: do you speak English ? I told her: Sorry I don't get what is it. Could you please explained ? She repeated: do you speak English? After 2 times ask that none sense and rude questions, she hung up the call just like I'm scammer. Never able to imagine how a staff could be that rude. Spolilt my mood for the day. Don't leave a staff who don't know how to communicate in your hotline
i would not recommend going to this family planning clinic, they had given me the wrong information as to how far along i would be in my pregnancy and not only has it caused problems for my relationship it has also given me less time to make a choice. i am not satisfied nor impressed by their results!
Poor communication, booking, and receptionist behaviour. I was appalled at the way I was spoken to over the phone, it made me so uncomfortable I cancelled my appointment. The receptionist had a go at me and blamed me for booking “incorrectly” even though there’s only one way to book. Plus her tone and attitude every call has been so unwelcoming for a clinic that deals with delicate concerns. Not showing proper phone manners at all. Don’t feel helpful or any good suggestions given.
Spoke to such an amazing receptionist today. Went out of her way to arrange an appointment even at another location.
