Called the Fairfield clinic, was greeted by some of the worse manners I've ever heard on a hotline... had some questions that needed clarification, mid sentence I was transfered.
I tried to call this morning on Monday 25th May 2026, to make an appointment but I get cut off after staying on hold for 10 minutes so had to call again. The doctor's and Receptionists at Fairfield Clinic are wonderful. I don't understand why phone calls are not monitored regularly because staff taking calls have poor phone manners. Instead of a stern the doctor is "not available" on the date requested, offer the next available appointment or offer to be placed on a cancellation list. I shouldn't have to keep prompting them.... read more

Terrible, unable to get any support AT ALL. noone bothered to pickup the phone, they dont even care. You just wait listening as NUMBER ONE in the queue and then finally after 30 min go to voicemail and nobody will call you back. A complete sham of of a service 1/5. Extremely terrible. A real black spot for NSW Family Planning. No support. No Care. Terrible. Hope you never need to use this service...but there is no service. find someone who cares as these people dont care at all.
Super happy , amazing place I highly recommend it. The staff is very helpful , parking is bit tricky . Overall super happy
