Poor communication, booking, and receptionist behaviour. I was appalled at the way I was spoken to over the phone, it made me so uncomfortable I cancelled my appointment. The receptionist had a go at me and blamed me for booking “incorrectly” even though there’s only one way to book. Plus her tone and attitude every call has been so unwelcoming for a clinic that deals with delicate concerns. Spoke to such an amazing receptionist today. Went out of her way to arrange an appointment even at another location.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour. After waiting a week for ky appointment, i ha dmsitaken with timing was literally 10 mins late called them to lwt them know after waiting half an hour on the phone a cuatomer service replies telling me we cant help you! I drove an hour away to make it to appointment which I'm %100 sure they wouldnt let me in at 1pm even if i was there on time she kept on giving excuses oh we have lunch break we dont answer phone calla between 12_1 and it was 1:08 still no one replied they hanged the phone on ... read more
