I called today twice ! But unfortunately the lady who answered couldn't understand me 😒(rude) so she puts me on hold for over 15 minutes and then lovely (karly) answered me and solved my issue in seconds so thanks Karly

Sorry long story My wife had called and booked an appointment with them over the phone and was told that she is booked in and will receive confirmation either vai email or text, we waited 48hr without any confirmation. So I booked another appointment via HotDoc online for first avaliable date which is few days after that we were told we get confirmation for. She called the service today(12:50pm) and was greeted by someone who must not have been there today atleast not on customer service, she was very rude to start with and ... read more

Had my IUD removed here last week on Thursday. I went under general anaesthetic to have it inserted and have heard from people who have had it, that it can be painful to have removed. I was nervous and a bit anxious but the lady I had was absolutely amazing. She was sweet and understanding and took her time to go through the procedure and what to expect during and after and was so gentle.
