Sorry long story My wife had called and booked an appointment with them over the phone and was told that she is booked in and will receive confirmation either vai email or text, we waited 48hr without any confirmation. So I booked another appointment via HotDoc online for first avaliable date which is few days after that we were told we get confirmation for. Had my IUD removed here last week on Thursday. I went under general anaesthetic to have it inserted and have heard from people who have had it, that it can be painful to have removed. I was nervous and a bit anxious but the lady I had was absolutely amazing. She was sweet and understanding and took her time to go through the procedure and what to expect during and after and was so gentle.
Tried calling in work hours, was "next in line" for 20 minutes, walked over to the clinic and they were shut? Or no one answered the door atleast, no sign to say they arnt there, plenty of signs to say they arnt there for lunch though.... I attended at 3pm so unsure why it's closed.
