Awful experience. I am student, and obviously not taken seriously through the whole process. If you’re reaching out for an abortion DO NOT go here (visit a local GP- I had everything within less than 3 days). They throw you on hold and have no clue how to deal with vulnerable situations, I left clueless and scared after every call with the uncertainty of what’s happening next. what a disgusting experience with reception when calling to change an appointment. rude and not helpful AT ALL.
No appointments available, got my Rod taken out somewhere else that did it on the day I called and was free. Family planning cost money, glad I didn't come back here. Also the lady I talked to on the phone I was trying to explain that the Fairfield location were not answering there phone I was transferred so fast I didn't finish what I was trying to say I was asking to book at Penrith since Fairfield is just as useless.
Such lovely doctors and nurses at all locations that I encountered. Everyone is very understanding and empathetic about certain situations I was personally in. All nurses and doctors provided detailed information during my appointment that allowed me to feel confident leaving the room. The receptionist is also very kind and caring when greeting you into the clinic. I would highly recommend them
Pathetic organisation. You are either calling multiple times just to get through to reception or forced to leave a message that doesn't get returned. Care and service is never consistent. Sometimes is good, sometimes it's disgusting and you're are misled or straight up not cared for. Receptionist may tell you wrong dates for your appointment and will then tell you there's nothing they can do for you when you turn up for the date they said.
