Hes a very good Dr and has helped me a lot in this past year and the receptionist is always kind to me when I come in

We have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Siles and his entire office staff! Dr. Siles has been truly wonderful—he takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients’ health and well being. The receptionist is a very rude person who makes things way harder than they have to be and her name is Angela and she needs to find some other job because ain't nobody got time for that. Very hateful and down right rude. I don't know how she's still there.
The only reason I’m giving a one is due to the receptionist Angela she makes it very difficult for you to make your APPT #. She argues with you screams at you belittle you I had checked myself into Glenoaks hospital and she tried to change my psychiatrist to the psychiatrist that was on duty, knowing that he wouldn’t prescribe one of my necessary medications when I said that I would leave Outpatient in order To get my medication, she said oh that won’t work basically telling me that she was in charge of whether I was going t... read more
