I've been seeing Dr. Siles for many months now and I've got nothing but good things to say. The staff is pleasant and helpful, the doctor is attentive and aware of my issues, and overall my experience has been great. I definitely recommend visiting if you want a pleasant and easy visit.
Dr. Siles seems like a decent guy at first and is friendly. However he seems more focused on everything except focusing on his patients actual issues. My biggest problem is the staff. I'm not sure if they wake up on the wrong side of the bed every morning or if Silas is testing non FDA approved medications on them to see how they react. I've never felt more disrespected in my entire life dealing with them. Angela is very unprofessional and argumentative. I have complained multiple times on her disgusting attitude. I’ve stopped going there because of her. I do not recommend.
Everyone I've seen at Family Place and Glen Oaks have been helpful. The receptionist Angela is friendly & overall accommodating of my needs whether on the phone or in person.
Great staff treats you like family and always on time for our family’s appointments! Always will work you in when needed, the wonderful staff in front always helps and gets my medication sent in a timely manner. My doctor is the best and takes his time with you!
