Not pleased at all. I ordered a steak and cheese toasted. Sandwich wasn’t toasted and was about 80% bread. On top of that, I asked for a bag of chips. Now, common sense would say I meant a small bag of chips (as people usually get with a sandwich), however, I was made to pay for a giant bag. On top of that, I was unable to order delivery online. A small thing, but a working website is professional. Very unhappy.

The food is always on point and you won't find better customer service. They truly care about their customers and their passion is evident.
By far my favorite pizza place in Western Mass, always delicious!
Ordered a meatball grinder that came with barely any sauce and meatballs that looked gross and tasted like nothing. Complete waste of money.
