Awful, I had an appointment for 2:45pm, showed up 30 min early (per their request) with my 2 month old son, the lady at the desk forgot I was even there. Four people came into the building after us and was seen before me! I had to ask the front desk myself how long before the appointment was going to start. It was a full hour I had to wait with my son. The lady at the desk asked me twice who I was even there to see???? I finally got fed up and asked to reschedule and her response was OK, so I left. Horrible.

The physician and the physicians assistant were great and very friendly, but the lady that works the front desk was extremely rude both over the phone and in person. She even made a snarky comment to me about “not waiting until the last minute to get records” even though I made the very first appointment they had available. Also, when I called about the records she was clueless. I will not be returning because of this woman.

Waited an entire month for this practice to fill out paperwork for me return to work. I’ve been calling for weeks in attempts to follow up. There were always excuses. First week was we didn’t get the fax we’ll call you when we find it.They never called. I called them back, and I was told to have it resent. I did. They called and said that they couldn’t find the doctor’s notes on my case, but they had and would have them ready Monday. They said she just needed to know the dates. Great experience. Staff very friendly. And my doctor is terrific ( she listens )and shows that she cares about her patients !! I'm glad I found this facility!!
