A very pleasant experience from the front desk Sandy, to the nurse Lisa, to the Lab Susan and most of all, Dr. Regan it was very comforting talking to her very knowledgeable and a great listener my family will always be her patients, even if she opens her practice as far as Texas. Yahya.
No lab person again. 25 plus years of history there. They don't have all my records in the computer. Always new people . No one knows me or anything about me. It was different before now. I wouldn't have stuck around 25 years under the current conditions. Mercy is not a good choice .
Went to have lab work done today 6/28/23 but no lab tech to be found waited 40 min. Office manager did not know that they didn’t show up said made call to find out what happened said would be black to let us no and that didn’t happen either
I've been here many times and the people at the counter have put me off so badly at times that I just went home and toughed it out, and of the 5 times I allowed myself to be seen I only had the patience to see it through once, it has never been less than 4 hours and I must say for the amount of money they charge they should get off of their butts and actually do something.
Old lady receptionist is rude. They mess up everything.
