If I could submit a review without a star I would. Both of my parents had & one still has this office for their PC doctor. I am looking for another doctor daily. My Mother passed away from a condition that could have been easily diagnosed. It was not. The door is revolving at this practice with which seems to be sub par physicians. Health of their patients does not seem to be a priority. My father was recently diagnosed with a condition ( referral was not given). El staff es horrible, son malcriados y tratan a uno como con muy poco tacto. El médico será muy bueno pero lo menos que le sobra es humildad. Cuando uno llama para una emergencia por teléfono envían los análisis a realizarse y medicamentos a la farmacia todo por teléfono sin tan siquiera ver al paciente. Si no sacas cita con 1 o 2 semanas de anticipación no te quieren ver, te mueres y nada. Pd: Nunca quieren atender para una emergencia y se molestan si vas al hospital. Son varios los pacientes con el mismo sentir. No recomen... read more

The staff at Dr. Urdaneta's office needs to be commended. They took me in w/o an appointment and were very thorough. The wait was very short. Thank you so much for your attention and care.
Javier Urdaneta has the Worst staff of nurses you have ever seen. He has a couple that care but the manager and admin idiot in the front can't tie their shoes without falling over 3 times I go to Qwest for blood work and each time it was never called in. so I have to wait and then go back and redo the blood work a second time. They talk over you and don't listen to you as you are telling them the information in your file is wrong.
