Love everyone there...our family has been going there since 2002...wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
My doc (Morrison) is great, when I can navigate the hoops to get to him. The office staff is aloof and unaccommodating. It's too bad, really. A family doctor used to be a lifelong choice, now they are just another service provider. It's unfortunate the office staff doesn't realize this and treat their customers appropriately.
The nurses are super friendly and just dote over my babies. I've always had excellent care from any physician I've ever seen. Wonderful facility.
Extremely rude customer service!!!! Unfortunate because the doctors are wonderful, however dealing with customer service and Billing has been a complete headache! eventually just gave up and paid a bill that I shouldn't have had to! Will be taking my business elsewhere, not worth being talked to in such a rude mannor!!!
