In the beginning, this practice was great. However, I am extremely disappointed with the care I have received recently. I suffer from vertigo and have been trying for weeks to get a medication refill. I submitted a refill request to my doctor and my pharmacy has also made multiple attempts to obtain authorization, but neither of us has been successful.
